Combine the benefits of your yoga practice to your climbing abilities

Yoga and climbing is a great and ideal combination. Yoga will help you improving your physical and mental climbing abilities and climbing will help you understand the meaning of living the moment, being fully focus and meditating!

This week is designed for people eager to connect with themselves. Combining both is a deeper approach to your climbing and will allow you to know yourself better and improve your climbing techniques. But also, you will be able to set your own practice and experience yogic tools to reduce your stress, fear of falling. You will build up strength and confidence not only for your climbing skills but also for yourself in your daily life!

Climbing

5 coached climbing days where you improve your climbing technique and work on mental aspects of climbing.

Yoga

6 yoga practices of 90 minutes including guided meditation, stretching and toning specific climber’s muscles groups.
2 sessions on tools to reduce your stress, one is on breathing techniques and the other on mind training (meditation).

Bea is a certified yoga teacher and a passionate climber.

As part of her studies at the University of Health and Sport in “Education of yoga” in Lille she researched the impact of yoga on climbers.

– Cook yourself: most of the accommodation have kitchenette and there is always a minimarket at a walking distance from your room.

Accommodation

Kalymnos offers you different choice of accommodations, according to your budget and number of persons.
– Studios or B&B : from 25 euros/night for 2 persons. Facilities: private balcony with seaview, full equipped kitchen, bathroom and WIFI.

– Hotel: from 45 euros/night, including breakfast. Facilities: private balcony with sea view, bathroom, safe deposit box, sitting room, refrigerators, WIFI, Satellite TV, air condition and swimming pool.

– Apartment or house: ideal for family or group of friends, from 50 to 100€/day. Facilities: private balcony with sea view, full equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, washing machine, 2 bedrooms (or more), WIFI, air condition, TV.

All accommodations are at a walking distance of minimarkets, restaurants, scooter rental, cafes, shops, beach and part of climbing sectors.
