The full payment must be received 3 weeks before the departure. If you book after the date by which full payment for the holiday must be received, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Payment is possible by credit card on this page

Cancellation by you

Should you need to cancel your holiday once it has been confirmed, you must immediately advise us in writing. If you cancel your booking before balance due date, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel after your balance due date, you will lose your deposit and will also be responsible for all costs and charges which we are required to pay our suppliers in addition to the amount included in your deposit. Full refund is possible if we can re-sale your place but you will be responsible of all costs required (bank transfer fees, etc).

Cancellation and changes by us

Whilst we always endeavor to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so. Please note, many of our holidays require a minimum number of participants to enable us to operate them. Where applicable, if the number of members of your group falls below the required minimum number at balance due date or such other deadline as we may specify during the payment stage of your booking, we are entitled to re-cost it according to the number of participants (from group cost to private cost) or to modify the schedule of the course. For example, a climbing camp starts with a minimum of 3 participants, to run it with 2, we can re-cost it or make half-days instead of full days for the same price. In any case, we will make sure we find the best compromise for both parts.
Bad weather can also lead to cancellation of a course. In that case, the participants will get full refund for the courses he can’t get.

Insurance

We consider adequate and appropriate travel insurance which covers all the activities you will or may be participating in whilst on your holiday to be essential. Please remember that many travel insurance policies do not cover hazardous activities as standard. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.
