Born in France, Simon Montmory is a certified climbing instructor (BEES – escalade canyon) now living and working on the beautiful Island Kalymnos (Greece).

After many years of mountaineering in Chamonix and rock climbing in France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and China, he decided to set up his climbing school in the island of Kalymnos (Greece). The beautiful landscapes, the endles sunshine and the vast climbing potential of the island, convinced Simon to settle here from his first visit.

He has opened many new routes both in Kalymnos and Telendos and with the support of the Kalymnian Climbing Club, is hoping to create and train a competition team in the near future.

Simon offers climbing instruction on every level all year round in Kalymnos and Telendos. He will be happy to safely guide you to the top of your wishes!

Simon Montmory est BEES escalade-canyon. Après avoir fait de nombreuses années d’alpinisme à Chamonix et grimpé en France, Espagne, Italie, Suisse et même en Chine, il a décidé de s’installer à Kalymnos.

Les Îles de Kalymnos-Telendos l’ont séduit dès la première seconde où il y mit les pieds. Depuis, il grimpe et équipe de nouvelles voies dans cet endroit rèvé pour l’escalade, si agréhable de part son climat et par la vie locale.

 Toutes l’années Simon pourra vous offrir sa conaiscance parfaite des sites d’escalade de l’île et vous enseigner tant les rudiments de l’escalade sportive qu’un suivi personnalisé adapté à vos besoin et à votre niveau.
